Remember yesterday how I posted about the nice weather we were having? Well, it finally happened. It's snowing here in Chicago. I held Sofia up by the windowsill this morning as we woke, and she banged her hands up upon the glass and breathed tiny warm breaths as she gazed out at the tiny specks of white blowing past her. Then, she started laughing.
For whatever reason today, snow is funny.
In a few hours, Papa will come home from work and we'll put on a giant pot of vegetable soup to warm up, but for now, Sofia and I are off to bake cinnamon rolls, curl up for a short nap, and watch the snow from the comfort of a warm apartment.

Aww I miss chunky baby thighs!! Alyson is so skinny now! Also I wish it would get cold for just 1 week here in Southern California. It's been so warm and I'm actually not liking it at all lol.
