BROWN PAPER PACKAGES TIED UP WITH STRING





We're getting so close to Christmas and I've been super super busy on these days off!  Wrapping with simple kraft paper and black ribbon/twine this year.  Erick always makes fun of me because apparently he was the FIRST ONE to use kraft paper (last Christmas).  Whatever.  Haha. We're so competitive in that friendly married friends type of way.

I'm going to be updating the blog with an even more informative sidebar soon, I'll make sure to give you the complete update after I get this baby down for a nap.  Did I mention how incredibly hard it is to get your six month old daughter on a "schedule" when she spends nearly every other day with a different person at a different house?  Yeah.  Not gonna happen.

    I love your socks!! Haha and yeah sadly Alyson still isn't on a schedule for the most part although her meals and bedtime are always at the same time so that's a good thing. Also I love the simple wrapping like that! :)

    Oh and completely random and off topic but I noticed you had my blog linked in your sidebar (petit monstree) and I just wanted to let you know that I kind of moved haha! ;P

    Love it. I've also wrapped all our gifts in kraft paper with string and ribbon. Easy, peasy.

Easter Weekend

Hello! Happy mid-week to you. This is the roll of photos we shot over our Easter weekend , and oh what a wonderful weekend it was. It was so nice to have family here to visit - even if the weather was cooler than we anticipated! We visited the redwoods in Felton, ate vegetarian burritos, went to the epic shoreside in Montara, and the brewing company in Half Moon Bay. Our hearts are full and our home is feeling quite empty now ;) As a side note, I've found a renewed love with film. This is a post for another time, but it bears mentioning here! Hello, It's Me

* screeeeeeech.... opens door * Hello? Are you in there? I'm baaaaaaack! Holy shnikeys! It's only been a good two years or so. Talk about a blogging hiatus. So, after many many failed attempts at fancy Squarespace sites and having absolutely zero direction on which way I wanted to go, I found myself right back here. Good 'ol blogger. Good 'ol free simple template. Good 'ol feed with all my old friends. It's been a long, long time. And it feels weird! But I'm dusting off the cobwebs anyway and just writing because I need to.
